Pruning Workshop

Continuing Education, hands-on experience caring for relatively young cider apple trees. You will learn a basic strategy of where, when and hot to prune for the health and productivity of the tree. Please bring your own pruning loppers and hand pruners, preferably by-pass types.

About the event

Continuing Education, hands-on experience caring for relatively young cider apple trees.  You will learn a basic strategy of where, when and hot to prune for the health and productivity of the tree. Please bring your own pruning loppers and hand pruners, preferably by-pass types. We will have a few tools to loan. Cleaning and sharpening of tools will be practiced.
