Garden Tour
Features
-
From raw earth to a fully realized landscape, this garden is a testament to vision and hands-on creation. Built from scratch in 2014, the space was shaped with terraces, boulders, and thoughtfully placed beds before being filled—enthusiastically—with shrubs and perennials from the owners’ own nursery.
-
A recently built greenhouse supports seed starting and extends the growing season. Throughout the year, the garden also becomes a gathering place, offering u-pick fruit for friends and family and hosting a beloved fall festival each September.Visit a lawn-free front yard features an attractive rock garden with raised beds.
-
A newly acquired food dehydrator is further expanding these gardeners’ ability to preserve their bounty. The recent addition of mason bees supports pollination and future yields.
-
An urban homesteading design with a focus on creating a haven for pollinators and birds while maximizing food production.
